Maintaining balance - continuing mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing

Monday 20th February 2012

The Village Hotel, Langdon Road (Off Fabian Way), Waterfront, Swansea, SA1 8QY

This Age Cymru conference will inform practitioners, commissioners, planners and service providers of the opportunities, challenges and key issues of ensuring that the mental wellbeing (and happiness) of older people can be supported and maintained.  It will showcase approaches and examples of good and developing practice, and will also consider the contribution of faith/spiritual belief to mental wellbeing and happiness.  The age range of older people in this context is 50+. The conference will consist of plenary presentation sessions, interactive workshops and information desks, and is hosted by Age Cymru as part of our Ageing Well programme.

Attendance to the event is free of charge. Download the programme for the day.
