Listen and Connect
Listen and Connect is a telephone listening service for older people who may be experiencing feelings of loneliness and isolation.
The service is based on a whole person approach to health and wellbeing and offers a safe space where individuals can talk to volunteers on a non-judgemental, confidential and compassionate basis.
Volunteers give service users time and space, listen to their story, hear concerns while offering reflection and support to help them find their own way forward. The volunteers provide useful resources where appropriate and put service users in touch with helpful services.

The Listen and Connect service is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. Calls are charged at local rate.
