In partnership with Age UK.
Not having someone to talk to regularly can be lonely and isolating, particularly if you’re used to sharing your home and time with others.
Friendship Calls and Good Day Calls
Our free weekly telephone calls can make all the difference if you are feeling lonely.
Initially, our team will make short ‘Good Day’ telephone calls to you every week for a few weeks, in order to get to know you a bit better and have a friendly chat.
After 6 weeks or so, we'll match you up with one of our volunteers for a weekly telephone ‘Friendship Call’ which can be up to 30 minutes long.
We work hard to match you with a volunteer who has similar interests to yourself and who we think you will get along with.
