There are many ways you can help Age UK Gateshead.
Volunteers are vital to our work - we couldn't run our services for older people without their kindness and hard work - and we always need more volunteers. Whatever your skills we can help you find the right project for you.
You can contact Suzanne Johnstone, our Volunteer Co-ordinator on 0191 477 3559.

Leaving a legacy to Age UK Gateshead in your Will is a wonderful way to help ensure that the work of the Charity can continue. A legacy of any size will help us plan for the future and improve the quality of life of many older people. Your solicitor can advise you on how you can include a legacy to Age UK Gateshead when you make your Will.
If you don’t have a will you might want to take advantage of one of Age UK Gateshead’s regular Will Writing Days where you can see a fully qualified solicitor and have a basic will drawn up for a minimum donation of £20 (single) or £30 (joint).
For more information contact Helen Williams at Age UK Gateshead on 0191 477 3559.
You could support us by asking us for quote for your insurance if you're over 50. Or visit our shop on the High Street and make a purchase! If you're having a clearout at home, we're always most grateful for items such as clothes, books, and bric-a-brac to sell in the shop - and we're currently urgently in need of stock to sell in our shop
