Parkinson's Independence Coordinator
Location: Royal Preston Hospital with travel around the area Salary: £26,000 FTE Hours: Full time - 35hrs per week Term: Fixed Term to June 2025 Age UK Lancashire is excited to be recruiting an experienced Parkinson’s Independence Coordinator, as we launch our brand-new service based at the Royal Preston Hospital, working alongside a specialised Parkinson’s clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of innovative new project collaborating with the Neurology Department at Lancashire Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The aim of the project is to empower patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s, and their families and carers, to gain control over their care and support needs, from post-diagnosis to end-of-life and to receive personalised care at home.
