Redbridge Positive Ageing Week, Starting 29th September 2025

This year, events will take place from Monday 29th September to Friday 3rd October 2025, across Redbridge.

Confirmed Event: Wednesday 1st October 2025, Redbridge Central Library

To celebrate International Day of Older People, drop in from 10am to 3pm at Redbridge Central Library (in Ilford).

Hosted by Redbridge Council, the event features a range of stalls, information sessions, exercise taster sessions, and advice. Free NHS health checks are also available on the day.  Lunch and refreshments provided, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
