Age UK Sheffield is a local independent charity with around 60 staff members. We help over 4,000 local older people every year, offering support, activities, events, befriending, information and more. It's a great place to work if you really want to make a difference in people's lives.

Dementia Services Coordinator
Are you passionate about making a difference to people living with dementia and their carers? Do you want to be part of a forward-thinking organisation driving innovation, research, and service improvement in dementia care across Sheffield? We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Dementia Services Coordinator to join Age UK Sheffield, helping us deliver and promote high-quality dementia services that change lives. You will coordinate and deliver person-centred support for people living with dementia and their carers, promote Age UK Sheffield’s dementia services, and raise awareness of Dementia Advice Sheffield (DAS) across health and social care networks. Working closely with our Marketing Coordinator, you will ensure services are promoted widely and effectively, while also helping us lead on Sheffield’s Dementia Commitments and Sheffield’s Dementia Strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, developing partnerships, and making a positive difference. Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible working to be agreed with the postholder Location: Eyre Street Sheffield, with hybrid/flexible working arrangements We are a Disability Confident Employer, committed to equity and inclusion. 30 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata).
