We have a large and varied programme of classes and events tailored with you in mind!
We will be open at St Mary’s church hall, Church Street in Littlehampton on Mondays and Tuesdays!
We will be at The Laurels from Wednesday to Friday each week and will be offering the normal activities which were held at the Tamarisk Centre on those days plus will serve a hot lunch and snacks.
We will additionally be starting new Chair Based Exercise classes at Chilgrove House in Kimberry, off Courtwick Road, Wick and these will be held every Thursday at both 10am and 10.45am for 30 minute classes at £2.50 a session.

Whether you are meeting for breakfast, lunch, for a snack or simply a cup of tea and a chat, pop along to our fantastic Cafe and try our delicious home-cooked meals. The extensive menu has something to suit all tastes and budgets. There's sure to be something to tickle your tastebuds.
Therapy room at The Laurels
In need of luxurious pampering at affordable prices? Our therapy room creates a haven of relaxation where the day's cares melt away. Beauty therapist, Jill, provides a variety of treatments on Thursdays and Fridays each week. On Wednesday the therapy room also hosts other treatments including hairdressing, chiropody, holistic therapies such as reiki, reflexology, indian head massage and satvic.
Cost of membership
Membership is £25 a year – less than 50p a week. In addition to the membership you pay £2 a day to attend the venues. Some activities have an additional cost. Non-members can attend the venues but will be asked to pay £4 day membership cost. Payment at the centre by cash, cheque or annual direct debit.

We rely on volunteers who help with the day-to-day running of the centre. There are many opportunities to volunteer, whether as a receptionist, member of cafe or kitchen staff or in a number of other roles which help us run our activities. If you feel you could spare some time to help us out, please get in touch.
