Mary Seacole Court Day Centre provides an early intervention service to slow down the deterioration of the health and wellbeing of (but not exclusively for) African and Caribbean older people living in the Bradford district.

The aim of the day centre

The aim of the centre is to encourage and support our service users to make decisions that will shape and define their own experience, using dance, music, exercise, holistic treatments, arts/crafts and computer technology to share culture and experiences

What's on offer at Mary Seacole Court

Mary Seacole Court offers a number of different activities, our current programme includes weekly exercise sessions and Yoga classes.

The centre provides a safe, welcoming, social environment with the promotion of independence and dignity embedded in its practices.
