Charity of the Year 2019

THEY’RE OFF! The 2019 charity partnership between Age UK Lindsey and Market Rasen Racecourse has launched to the sound of thundering hooves and one of Britain’s most popular bands – Madness.

For the next 12 months, as official partner to Market Rasen, Age UK Lindsey will be at every meeting, offering race goers an opportunity to donate and find out more about what impact we have on older people in the community.

Thousands of people, aged 50 and over, are supported by Age UK Lindsey – making use of befriending services, coffee mornings, lunch clubs and support services. In one year alone, we helped older people to access a staggering £6 million of benefits they had previously not claimed.
