Age UK Hearing Aids
In June 2018 Age UK Trading CIC ended its relationship with Claritas Hearing through which it previously offered hearing tests and hearing aids.
In December 2018, Claritas (formerly known as UK Hearing Care) went into administration. This means that customers who bought a hearing aid from Claritas or UK Hearing Care, including Age UK Hearing Aid customers, will no longer be able to get any services from Claritas. Although Age UK Trading CIC is no longer working with Claritas, customer care continues to be a priority and we have been in close contact with the administrator. We understand the Administrator are directing customers to Amplifon, another hearing aid company who have offered to provide ongoing support services for Claritas customers.
