How to get involved
There are lots of activities that you could share with an older person. Here's just some examples to help get you started: Get baking, go to a football game, go to an art class, do yoga, do some gardening, take a dog for a walk, go to the theatre, go on a spa day, go for a stroll in the countryside, visit a museum, play golf, practice a foreign language
By sharing what you love, you can make a big difference and help Age Scotland cut loneliness and isolation figures in half by 2025.
Spread the word (and the love!) by capturing your activity on social media.
Add a picture or short video to your post with the person you are spending time with and tag #ShareWhatYouLove and Age Scotland.
