Age UK Coventry offer you an easy, safe and reliable way to avoid rogue traders. In just one phone call, you can find trusted traders for all the maintenance and repair jobs in your home and garden.

Our friendly and efficient trusted traders will provide you with a free, no-obligation quote and if you choose to go ahead with the job, they will give you good-quality work at a fair price.

How we work

  • All our traders are personally interviewed by Age UK Coventry, and references checked with former clients and with Coventry City Council Trading Standards Office.
  • We maintain ongoing quality monitoring and spot checks on our Traders.
  • Our Traders will only visit you by appointment, will always carry an identity badge, and always have appropriate insurance.
  • In the very unlikely event that you are not happy with the work that is done by our Trusted Traders, you can come back to us to help sort it out. We have a simple complaints procedure and we will help you to resolve any reasonable issues that you have with the traders.

This service is now available to people of all ages living in the Coventry area and is provided in conjunction with Coventry City Council’s Trading Standards.

They will phone you within 48 hours to arrange a time that’s convenient to visit you for a fast, friendly and free no-obligation quote.
