Reader Leader volunteer
Do you have a passion for literature and a desire to connect with others through the power of storytelling?
Join us as a Reader Leader and lead a reading group where novels, short stories, and poems are shared aloud, sparking personal reflections and discussions among group members.
What is expected of you:
- A love for reading and a willingness to share that passion with others
- Ability to engage group members and encourage personal responses to the readings
- Good communication skills to facilitate discussions
- Empathy and sensitivity to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Commitment to attend scheduled group sessions regularly
