Befriending volunteer

We have older people who live locally to you who need help filling in forms to improve their lives - could you spare an hour or two per month?

Last year with the help of our volunteers we secured over £1 million of unclaimed benefit payments for older Powys residents!

Many older people struggle to complete forms which means often they don't receive the help they need with eg money worries, disability, help at home etc.

As a volunteer with us you can improve the lives of older Powys residents in your community by helping older people to complete standard forms (e.g. welfare benefit or disabled parking badges).

We offer full training, super-friendly support and expenses.
