What is the Chaddesden Centre?
The Chaddesden Park centre offers a selection of health, wellbeing, social and day care activities, situated in the beautiful surroundings of Chaddesden Park, Derby. The Chaddesden Centre offers improved social contact reducing isolation and loneliness, as well as health and wellbeing improved from physical, intellectual and social activity.
What activities are available?
A wide variety of regular services and events, sporting clubs, social groups and occasional activities.

Who is the Chaddesden Centre for?
The Chaddesden Centre is for older people living in Chaddesden or Derby city.
Anyone can refer themselves or someone else to the Chaddesden Centre. Referrals are also encouraged from social workers, GPs VCS agency, carers and relatives.
Where is the centre?
The centre is based on an access road within Chaddesden Park near to the sports facilities and children’s play area within the park. It is next to the where the old library used to be. There is ample free parking in the park car park within 150 yards of the centre.
The surroundings are beautiful with mature trees, shrubbery, parkland paths and wildlife all on the doorstep.
