HEAT Essex is a countywide partnership helping residents make their homes warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient. Boiler upgrades, central heating systems, loft/ cavity wall insulation grants, solar, storage heaters. To find out if qualify for any grants for energy saving and efficiency measures, please complete Application Form on website.

You DO NOT have to be in receipt of a benefit to qualify - other factors are taken into consideration such as:
• Low income
• Health issues
• Energy Performance of your home
• Energy Costs
• Household composition - age, number of children etc.
• Property type and location
• Previous occupations

Please note: Due to very high demand for the Warm Homes Local Grant, HEAT Essex is temporarily oversubscribed. Some applications may be placed on hold while they review those already received.
