Registration for the Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash 2013 is now open! The 29th Abbey Dash will take place on the 17th of November and, as well as being previously voted in Runner's World's top ten 10k races, every finisher gets a technical t-shirt courtesy of Age UK.
This fantastic 10k is flat, fast and perfect for beginners and elites alike. Have fun, get fit, and raise money for older people in Leeds and around the UK.
Have any kids who'd like to get running? The junior dash will be open to all those 8-15 who'd like to get involved, starting 9am at the same start line. The junior run costs £6.00 to enter, please call 0800 169 87 87 to sign up!
