Entry for Age UK’s 2014 Leeds Abbey Dash on 16 November is now open.
The Abbey Dash is number 9 in Men's Running's top 10k races, and is now considered 'one of the best events in the UK!'

A Junior 2k for 8-15 year olds takes place at 9.15am. Starting from the main race start on Wellington Street. To sign-up, please call 0800 169 8787. All finishers get a medal, chocolate and drink.
