We're looking for people to run and raise money for Team Age UK at this year's Great South Run. Run for us and help raise funds for lonely older people across the country. We can't do it without your support!

Sign up for the race Start fundraising with JustGiving

When: 21-22 Oct 17 | Entry fee: £20 - £41 | Distance: 5K, 10mi | Where: Portsmouth

The world's leading 10 mile running event

The fast and flat course of the world's leading 10 mile running event takes you through the iconic sights of Southsea and Portsmouth, including the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home of HMS Victory, and past Spinnaker Tower before finishing at the seafront with beautiful views of the Isle of Wight. If 10 miles seems too much, there is also a 5K run along Portsmouth's virtually flat seafront.

Can we count on you to run for Team Age UK?

Here's how you can get involved:

  1. You first need to register your place through the Vitality 10,000 website.
  2. Once you have your place, create your Age UK fundraising page on JustGiving. Once you're set up we'll send you an Age UK t-shirt and introduce you to our team who will support you with your fundraising.
  3. Download the Age UK's sponsorship forms (PDF 1 MB) to manage your offline fundraising.

If you decide not to set up a JustGiving fundraising page, contact us on events@ageuk.org.uk to let us know you're running for us.
