Whether you're looking for a fun 1-mile dash or the full 26-mile marathon challenge, there's something for everyone at the Liverpool Rock 'n' Roll series.

This two-day running event is part of Liverpool's Summer of Love programme. Runners will  start at the historic Albert Dock and finish at Liverpool Echo Arena, with bands playing along the route.

Can we count on you to run for Team Age UK?

Here's how you can get involved:

  1. You first need to register your place through the Liverpool Rock 'n' Roll Marathon series website.
  2. Once you have your place, create your Age UK fundraising page on JustGiving. Once you're set up we'll send you an Age UK t-shirt and introduce you to our team who will support you with your fundraising.
  3. Download the Age UK's sponsorship forms (PDF 1 MB) to manage your offline fundraising.

If you decide not to set up a JustGiving fundraising page, contact us on events@ageuk.org.uk to let us know you're running for us.
