We would like to say a huge thank you and congratulations all of the Team Age UK runners who ran the Virgin Money London Marathon. Your incredible achievements will help us to provide vital support for lonely older people around the country.

Can we count on you to run for Team Age UK in 2018?

Whether it's your first ever marathon or you're an experienced runner, we're looking for people to join Team Age UK in next year's Virgin Money London Marathon 2018.

We will support you every step of the way by providing:

  • A fundraising pack crammed full of tips and ideas
  • Contact with our Age UK marathon coach
  • Team training day
  • A recovery reception after the race - free hot food and massage for runners
  • Personalised Age UK running vest
  • Support with training and fundraising.

We have a registration fee of £100 and a fundraising target of £1850 (excluding GiftAid).

If you applied for the public ballot and find out in October that you got a ballot place, then we’d love to have you on the Age UK team, receiving all the perks of the team, and raising whatever you can.
