The West Midlands has two main projects:
These projects are covered by ten Age Concerns from North Staffordshire to Leominster in Herefordshire‚ working with a range of partners including Primary Care Trusts‚ Local Authorities‚ GP practices‚ schools and colleges.
Participants will be able to grow their own produce and flowers in small raised-bedded plots to encourage physical activity‚ mental well-being‚ social interaction‚ healthy eating and intergenerational activity.
