• Good Neighbour Volunteer

  This involves helping older people with adhoc practical help in the home.

  Flexible commitment. Volunteers must be 18 years old. 

• Befriending Home Visitor

  This involves visiting older people in their homes to provide company.

  Requires a regular, ongoing commitment. Volunteers must be 18 years old. 

• Befriending by Telephone

  This involves telephoning an older person on a regular basis to provide company.

  Requires a regular, ongoing commitment. Volunteers must be 18 years old.
