We have so much going on in North Tyneside, there's something for everyone to get involved in!
There is lots to choose from. You could join one of our Line Dancing classes, play racketball or have a go at Tai Chi and Yoga.
We also hold a monthly strolling and walking groups and our Evening Eaters try out local restaurants.
The Care Academy is a sector based training school to help people who want to start a career in Health & Social Care. Caring for others and helping people to make more of life is a very rewarding career, but it is not for everyone and the training aims to clearly demonstrate what it takes to be a ‘good carer’. Key attributes a carer needs to hold are compassion and empathy. If you feel you have these, then read on because the care sector needs you!
