Dementia Connected

Age UK North Tyneside and North Tyneside Carers Centre have come together to launch Dementia Connected.

Dementia Connected is an ongoing series of free 6 week courses for people with dementia and their carers to attend together. It aims to help people with dementia take part in activities in their community, and to support their carers with training to improve their skills and to help them cope with their caring role.

There will also be the opportunity for everyone to join in, chat over free refreshments and share your experiences.
