Age UK Norwich provides a variety of activities and events to accommodate and celebrate our individual interests and abilities.

Our range of clubs & trips in local communities across Norwich are open to those aged 50+, offering you the chance to learn new skills, socialise with new people and keep the mind and body active.

We also organise exciting fundraising events open to all ages, helping us to raise funds to improve the quality of later life in Norwich whilst providing you with a memorable day and enjoyable experience.

    All our clubs & trips are designed to help you improve both your physical and mental health, enabling you to achieve the 5 Ways to Wellbeing:

    Whether you would like to play a game of table tennis or ten-pin bowling, get moving with dance or football, or share your life stories at a lunch club - we have something for everyone.

    Fundraising & Events

    Our fundraising events are open to ALL ages.

    The goal is to bring local communities together with the common objective of raising funds for Age UK Norwich, so that we can continue to deliver our vital services.

    We can unite to improve the quality of later life through many different ways.

    Why not take part in a thrilling personal challenge such as a skydive or 100-mile cycle ride, or dress up and enjoy an 80s-themed barbecue and live band?

    This year, we are bringing you a variety of exciting events so that you can find something you will enjoy. We hope to see you there!
