Much of the legislation which gives older people in Scotland rights and protections differs from that in England. Equalities, human rights and employment rights are UK-wide but most other rights for older people are covered by Scottish legislation.

You can call our helpline for information and advice on 0800 12 44 222 or browse our range of information guides by topic on this website. You can find our publications by following links from this page or if you would like free paper copies you can order them by calling our helpline, emailing publications@agescotland.org.uk or sending an order on our Publications List.
