If you feel that you can make a contribution to our work, no matter how big or small, please think about becoming a volunteer.
Many of our services are provided by our team of dedicated volunteers.
Volunteers come from all walks of life - young, old, parents, students, employed, unemployed, retired...
By choosing to give a small amount of their time, typically once a week, they're making a big difference to the lives of older people in our community.
We want to reach as many older people as we can. To do this we need your help - you really can make a big difference.
What kind of things could I do?

'I volunteer because I enjoy meeting and helping people. It's a great learning experience to listen to the clients talking and reminiscing of old times.'
