Who we are

At Govenek, we provide a range of inclusive services and support, our goal is to improve health and wellbeing in later life. Our support includes:

✅'Stronger Together' sessions focused on getting active and improving strength - including; Step into Wellness, Falls Prevention, and Balance and Stability classes.

We can provide transport to and from our hubs and a wide range of activities that put the person at the centre of everything we do. Our belief is that each person must be supported to live the life they want, to the best of their abilities. Our friendly staff & volunteers are always on hand to help, assist and develop a tailored package of care.

Our range of activities

What you can expect

Our Community Hub works in partnership with local Community and Voluntary sector groups, benefitting from long standing connections with Age UK Cornwall's Active Living Support, Hospital to Home, Gardening, and Community Transport services - incorporating a holistic element to your experience.

All our staff and volunteers complete DBS and reference checks, and promote the independence, wellbeing, and health of every client who attends Govenek Community Hub.
