Now we're talking with art

Published on 03 March 2021 10:25 AM

Now we are talking with art is a new campaign being ran by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust spreading positivity, highlighting mental health support and encouraging people to get out, exercise and support local businesses too.

There are lots of ways you can get involved including:

Free public outdoor art trails

They have created a series of art trails which will weave through our local high streets and open spaces starting with Worcester City in May, Redditch in July and Hereford later this summer.

Art Competitions

They are also running an art competition for adults and children, with winning entries featuring on the trails.

Art and wellbeing resources

You can also access a range of art sessions and workshops from painting, mindfullness sewing and activities for the family.

About the campaign

Organised by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, which provides mental health services across both counties, the Now We’re Talking with Art campaign has enlisted the support of a range of local partners, including businesses, art groups and local councils.

The last 12months have been really tough, and we hope the Now We’re Talking with Art campaign will bring a bit of brightness back into our lives.
