Our experienced and specialist trainers provide skills training tailored to suit your individual needs.We offer a range of courses which are accessible for learners at all levels, from First Aid and Manual Handling to more specialist areas such as Dementia.

Where are courses held?

We have training facilities at our centre in Malvern Gate on the outskirts of Worcester or if you prefer we can offer training in the workplace or online using zoom.

Our customers

Our courses are suitable for professionals based in Health and Care settings, Nursing or Residential homes, domiciliary care agencies, support settings, or managed accommodation.

We provide specialist training for the voluntary, independent and private sectors or to individuals and groups that want to understand more about particular diagnoses, for example Dementia.

Our accreditations

We are a TQUK accredited centre and an approved provider for Worcestershire County Council. We also provide commissioned training for a number of organisations including the NHS.

Our charity status

Because we are a not-for-profit organisation all income generated through training helps to support our work with older people our local community. You can read more in  our customer charter.
