What's in store?

Woman putting books on shelf

We sell both new and second-hand goods, from clothes, books and household articles to toiletries, toys and food products.

Our shops also offer information about our services and are an outlet for our popular advice leaflets. The shops are staffed mainly by volunteers.

Every shop is unique, as is its stock. Different items are put out every day so it’s never a matter of waiting for a new range to arrive as the seasons change. We always have something fresh to offer and there's always a bargain to be had.

New superstores

From spring 2010 some of our shops will become superstores. These are more than just shops. The are exciting environments that will showcase the whole range of our products and services, from information and advice to insurance and stairlifts.

There will also be a free hotline you can use to get advice from our experts, and an interactive kiosk where you can ask questions, send a donation or sign up for one of our fundraising treks (how about the Great Wall of China?) or marathons.

Also, if you are a UK taxpayer, don’t forget to apply to be a Gift Aid donor at no extra cost to you.
