Physical activities

We hold several relaxed physical activities at our Ageing Well Centre. You're welcome to come along and get involved, or just have a chat and watch!

Please note the above activities are not part of our Strength and Balance offer. 

Where are these activities based?

All the above activities are based at our Ageing Well Centre in Farnworth.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary from class to class, but most of our activities cost under £5. To find out the cost of a particular activity, please give us a call on 01204 701525.

How do I sign up?

Our activities are very popular, so booking is essential. Please call us on 01204 701525 to book onto all activities.

If the activity is at capacity, you will be added to a waiting list. We can also signpost you to similar activities elsewhere.
