Home Services Assistant (Blackrod, Horwich, Westhoughton and Lostock)

Would you like to make a difference in the well-being of older Bolton residents? We are looking to recruit Home Services Assistants to provide excellent quality, domestic cleaning and shopping services.

Home From Hospital Co-ordinator

Join an established hospital discharge service, supporting Bolton residents aged 65 and above in re-adjusting to living independently at home folloing hosptial discharge, reducing the likelihood of re-admission.
