Age UK Lewisham and Southwark would like to keep in touch with you to let you know about the vital work we do for older people, our projects and services. By submitting your email, address and phone number(s) on our Site, you are agreeing to being contacted in these ways by Age UK Lewisham and Southwark. We are committed to protecting the personal data of our supporters, customers and members. Any details you give us will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Age UK Lewisham and Southwark is the sole owner of the information collected on this Site.

We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission to do so; we are required to do so by law (for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime); or where our Data Protection Officer has agreed there is a Legitimate Interest in doing so (ie where you would be acting against your own best interests if you were to refuse to give Consent or where we are contractually obliged to provide this data to a funder for monitoring purposes).
