Creating Age-Friendly Businesses and Organisations in Norfolk
Norfolk has an ageing population, and older people are an increasingly important part of our communities, workforce and customer base. Creating age-friendly businesses and organisations helps ensure that older people can access services confidently, feel welcomed and included, and continue to participate fully in community life.
To support this, Age UK Norfolk has developed an Age-Friendly Business Toolkit, informed by feedback and insights from local people aged 50 and over. The toolkit provides practical, low-cost actions that businesses and organisations can take to improve accessibility, inclusion and the experience they offer to older customers, clients, service users and visitors.

The toolkit is designed to be practical, flexible and relevant to organisations of all sizes.
