Cognitive Stimulation Therapy offers a positive opportunity to focus on abilities, rather than challenges. Each session we run includes number games, word puzzles, reminiscence activities, and, most importantly, lots of laughter.

    Have you noticed changes in your memory or in someone you care for? Or are you simply feeling concerned? If yes, our free Memory Clinics at our day centre in Tunbridge Wells are here to help.

  • Meals delivered to your door

    It's estimated that one in ten people over 65 are at risk of malnutrition. Our hot meal delivery service runs 5 days a week and has been a vital lifeline to many older people in the Tunbridge Wells borough.

The Write Partnership

The aim of The Write Partnership is to match older members of our community with pen friends who have common interests or simply share that feeling of excitement when a handwritten letter is posted through the door!

Advocacy advice

Our advocacy service is designed to support you to express your wishes. This might be a simple situation, perhaps to challenge a utility bill, or may be far more complex; perhaps you are being made unhappy by those around you.

The Computer Learning Centre

Want to learn about computers but cant make sense of it all?

Here at Age UK Tunbridge Wells, we have a computer learning centre, designed to make head and tails of all the computer jargon.

Trying to keep up to date with technology can cause a big headache for a lot of people, expecially as things change every day. That's why our learning centre is here to help you make sense of it all and find the whole expereince interesting and fun!
