Ready, Sit, Go! Seated Exercise Class

Starting 21^st May 2024! A FREE seated exercise and dance class for those aged over 60 whatever their ability or mobility. Followed by food and refreshments.

Sessions are to be held every other Tuesday from 10:15am - 12:00pm.
