City of York Council (CYC) has now completed processing payments for all Direct Debit payers. If this is not you, then please apply on line york.gov.uk/CouncilTaxRebateScheme or call freephone 0300 3730727 for help. Lines will be open 8.30am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Help will also be available to complete applications from 6th June for two weeks at various community venues and York Explore Libraries.
