Age UK Bradford District has teamed up with Stephen and Jamie Garnett, who form production company Clockwork Films, to produce a short film to promote the launch of the six new Community Hubs.

The father and son team kindly offered their skills and time for free to produce the three minute film, which was produced over the summer.

Stephen explained: "As a photographer first and foremost, it's always been my pleasure to help out such a good cause, especially with it being a local charity. As I made the step into videography, I knew Jamie would become a vital part of the creative team. Not only due to his editing skills, but also his creative visual and narrative input. We're happy Age UK Bradford District chose to work with us on this particular project, and look forward to future collaborations."

The film features Mark Rounding, Chief Executive of Age UK Bradford District, who discusses the journey the organisation has made leading up to the opening of the Community Hubs this year.

Mark speaks of the importance of raising awareness of the work of the charity:

“The film does a great job in telling our story and the journey we have been on over the past challenging 18 months to make sure that older people remain at the heart of all we do, a journey that is continuing and has already led  to the launch of six new Community Hubs across Bradford District. I’d like to give a very big thank you to Stephen and Jamie for their time and efforts to get this film produced.”
