Handing over the WorkWell baton

We are immensely proud of our dedicated staff, coaches, partners, and individuals who has been supported by the WorkWell initiative. Together, we have successfully completed over 1,040 WorkWell action plans.

Thanks to your unwavering care, skills, and commitment to helping individuals remain, return, and thrive in their work, we have achieved a remarkable 95% service satisfaction rate. Additionally, *98% of participants reported that their needs were met, and *81% felt that the service enhanced their confidence in managing health and wellbeing challenges at work.

This journey has been truly incredible, and while we are saddened to see our involvement in the initiative come to a close, we are excited for the future.

The WorkWell initiative will be in capable hands as we pass the baton to Pentreath, who have been supporting partners from the very beginning. Our teams will cease receiving WorkWell referrals on February 20th,2026.  From that date onward, all referrals will go directly to Pentreath.

We will continue to support current participants in the initiative until March 31, 2026.
