Age UK Sevenoaks and Tonbridge needs your help to support older people. Our services have never been more in demand. We are there for older people who need our help and especially those who have no one else to turn to, but we desperately need your support. If you can, please help us by making a donation.

Age UK Sevenoaks and Tonbridge would like to thank everyone who has given up their time or donated during the Coronavirus pandemic. We are also grateful to all those trust funds and organisations who have supported us over the last few months. All of this has enabled us to continue to support older people.

Befriending volunteers required

Our Befriending service provides a much-needed regular visit to an elderly person who is lonely and feeling isolated. As a volunteer you will receive guidance and support from your Coordinator and will be matched with someone near to you that we think you will get on with and have interests similar to yours, where possible.
Befriending provides conversation and friendship and is rewarding for the elderly client as well as to you, the volunteer.
