The Chilton Club offers a safe, stimulating and fun environment for those with memory problems.
Members can choose to participate in the daily leisure activities and events, doing as much or as little as they wish, meet others, make new friends and enjoy a freshly cooked meal in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

A regular day or morning out at our club provides good company and fun, as well as improving general well-being.
The Club offers a break for members and respite for family carers.
Activities and facilities
There are a wide range of activities such as:
Arts & crafts, gardening, entertainers, music and singalongs, fun theme days such as pub lunches and the wild west, , exercise - music and movement, games and quizzes.
Other opportunities available including hairdressing, chiropody, nail care and hand massage.
A hot, freshly prepared, nutritious meal and refreshments throughout the day are provided, taking into consideration any special dietary requirements and personal choice. Early birds can also have a light breakfast on arrival.
The Club recently held a 1950's themed week.
Many of the people attending Chilton Club have care needs which have been assessed by Suffolk County Council and therefore may be eligible for sponsorship by the County Council.
Our service is also available to those people who self-fund and a free taster day can be arranged.
We offer a specialist day service for up to 12 older people living with dementia. Open Mondays to Fridays.
You can visit our day club for the whole day or part of a day, whichever suits you.
