Age UK West Cumbria would like to ask you to take time to think about all the older people in your life both past and present and the warmth which they have brought to you.

The Christmas break is over, people have put up their trees, lighting their fires and getting are celebrating the season with their loved ones. It’s a time to reflect on the year that had come to a close and your hopes and aspirations for the start of this year.

This winter might be difficult for some older people who find themselves on their own or who may be struggling with the cost of living crisis – and Age UK West Cumbria are here to help in any way we can.
