At home with dementia information guide

Whether things are already a bit tricky, or you're fine with how things are but want them to stay that way as long as possible, there are practical things you can do to make living at home with dementia easier. 

This guide looks at how you can make your home more dementia-friendly, talking you through things room by room. It includes: 

  • changes to keep your kitchen comfortable and safe
  • making sure your house is lit properly
  • getting out and about 
  • how to help if your loved one has dementia. 

It also lists useful organisations that offer specialist help and support for people living with dementia.
