Returns policy

Returns, refunds and exchanges can only be made at the shop of original purchase.

• Refunds will only be given on faulty items.
• Exchanges and credit notes can only be issued when items are returned within 14 days.
• Credit notes are valid for three months from date of issue and are to be used in shop of original purchase.
• Discounted/reduced items are sold as seen and not returnable.
• Items must be returned with original labels attached and the shop receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
