Update - Age UK Croydon and Age UK Sutton

Following on from our recent announcement, the Boards of Age UK Croydon and Age UK Sutton are exploring the possibilities that working more closely together can offer, to enable us to deliver more and better for local older people.
Whilst continuing to be open to all possibilities, both Boards have decided to prioritise finding ways of working more formally together, rather than move directly to merger.
Once Age UK Croydon have appointed a new CEO a joint working group will be formed to work through the details of how this could happen.
