Want to join our Retail team? We are recruiting for a Shop Manager to join our New Road (Rubery) Charity Shop
Job Title: Charity Shop Manager
Responsible to: Head of Retail & Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for: Assistant Manager and Shop Volunteers
Location: 110 New Road, Rubery, B45 9HY
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (to be discussed at interview)
Salary: £13.82 per hour
Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time hours)
Job Purpose and Role:
To assist the Shop Manager to ensure the efficient running of the Charity Shop, to enable Age UK North Worcestershire to raise funds towards services and support for local older people, by maximising sales and ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service. To provide a source of inexpensive, preloved items for the North Worcestershire community. The shop will also pass on referrals to Age UK North Worcestershire offices on request.
