We offer a holistic array of services support and activities for people living with dementia, and those that care for them, at all stages of the dementia journey.

Dementia & Me Coordinators

Our coordinators, Debbie and Karen, can support you from pre-diagnosis onwards. They can visit you at home to help you arrange a plan of support for every point of the dementia journey.
They offer emotional support and advice around diagnosis and the difficulties arising from dementia symptoms.

Who will your Dementia Coordinator be?

Our Coordinators are split between the GP surgeries - so it will depend on which GP surgery you attend as to who your coordinator will be.
If your GP surgery is in Canterbury North - Canterbury Health Centre, Northgate Medical Practice (Northgate, Blean, Chartham), Sturry Surgery and Old School Surgery Chartham your Coordinator will be Debbie debbie@ageukcanterbury.org.uk
If your GP Surgery is in Canterbury South - Canterbury Medical Practice (Ethelbert Road, Littlebourne, Bridge) New Dover Road or University Medical Centre, your Coordinator will be Karen karen@ageukcanterbury.org.uk
