We take immense pride in having administered funds that not only facilitate hospital discharges but also create pathways for individuals to remain or return home and provide a range of practical support, services, and products that enhance health and wellbeing.
The following Impact Infographic has been developed based on feedback from our clients whom we have supported over the past two years. Since 2024, we have assisted over 1,000 individuals in accessing more than £1.1 million in Personal Health Budget funding.
