Frank's Story - Accessible Gardening Solutions for Frank

We would like to share Frank's story, which showcases the tremendous impact Active Living Support Services had on Frank's life.

The gardening team supported Frank so he could reconnect with his garden; creating accessible solutions that helped boost his mental health, enhanced his self-esteem, while providing physical exercise and an re-connection to his neighbours -  combatting isolation through a shared vegetable plot.
